Designed for those who coordinate or aspire to lead OER programs, “Building a Team: Training OER Support Staff” will help you to understand and implement key elements of an OER/ZTC workflow, ranging from searching for and sharing OER to formatting documents, using appropriate attributions and licensing, as well as ensuring accessibility. .

Outcomes

  • Articulate the fundamentals and significance of Open Educational Resources (OER) in higher education.
  • Gain proficiency in the basics of citing, licensing, and ensuring the technical aspects of OER such as accessibility and formatting.
  • Explore and apply techniques for sharing, managing, and tracking OER initiatives.
  • Develop strategies for building and training efficient OER support teams.
