In this course, you will learn about the SWIFT software. We use this to prepare documents for Braille transcription. You will learn how to clean up a document to reduce time and mistakes. You will learn how to apply styles to your document. This will help the transcription software format your document correctly for you. You will also learn how to handle graphics and images, as well as navigational formatting, such as page numbering. You will also learn how to finalize a document by creating front matter pages and exporting the file for Braille transcription.
