This multi-course series outlines the accessibility processes that CCC organizations should implement before purchasing, renewing, or adopting ICT products. It provides a comprehensive overview of pre-purchase accessibility practices, including how to obtain Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs), gather product and use information, identify key roles and responsibilities, determine product impact, and prioritize review levels based on risk and institutional capacity. The series also introduces the use of ticketing systems to automate and streamline accessibility evaluations and procurement workflows.
