This two-part micro-course series provides an introduction to accessibility process design, guiding participants from foundational knowledge to implementation. The first course, CCCAC Beginner’s Guide to Accessibility Process Design, offers a step-by-step guide to integrating accessibility into organizational processes, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and practical tools. The second course, CCCAC Accessibility Process Design: A Case Study for Obtaining the ACR, presents a real-world case study, applying these principles to an accessibility-focused procurement process using the Accessibility Capability Maturity Model (ACMM) as a framework.
